Śrem has many sports and leisure facilities. The company Sport of Śrem offers great conditions for practising various sports disciplines: swimming pool, sports hall, bowling alley, tennis and squash courts, shooting range, sailing marina.  

There are also sports clubs actively operating on the territory of the district, including: “Agro-Handel” Riding Club, “Rapid” Sports Club, Wodnik Sports Club, “Warta” Sports Club, UKS Śrem, TKKF Spokół, “Odlewnik” Sailing Club, “Żwawe Dziadki” (“Spry Grandpas”) Śrem Cycling Club.
